Ingredients:
Cheera /Spinach - 1 bunch
Green Chilly - 2
Shallots/ Chuvanulli - 5-6
Garlic pods - 3-4
Grated coconut - 1/4 - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil
Salt
Curry Leaves
Method :
- Heat pan and add oil.
- Splutter mustard seeds. Add crushed shallots and garlic pods & saute well.
- Add curry leaves and length wise cut green chilies.
- Add turmeric powder.
- Add grated coconut and salt.
- Then add finely chopped cheera/ spinach and saute well.
- Cover it cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from fire.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati !!
